Service Civil International (SCI) is a volunteer organization dedicated to promoting a culture of peace by organizing international voluntary projects for people of all ages and backgrounds. SCI envisions a world of peace, social justice and sustainable development, where all people live together with mutual respect and without recourse to any form of violence to solve conflict. For this, year after year, it enables thousands of volunteers to participate in community projects. SCI is open to all and is guided by its values of volunteering, nonviolence, human rights, solidarity, respect for the environment, inclusion, empowerment and cooperation. SCI consists of 40 branches and a growing number of partner and contact organizations. Society for Peace and Sustainable Development (SPSD)-Pakistan is a contact organization of SCI.
